Woodhaven Wellness Center was established in 1995 for the purpose of providing its clients with a peaceful and serene environment for facilitating change; physical, emotional and spiritual. Located in the quiet town of Salem, CT, the center adjoins the Nehantic State Forest, and it is not unusual to meet ‘citizens’ of the forest when visiting the center. Deer, turkeys and other wildlife thrive in the forest and can often be seen grazing in the fields surrounding the center.
Since its beginning, Woodhaven Wellness Center has continued to expand in size and in the types of therapies offered. Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, Lymphatic Massage and Steam/Sauna therapies are now available. The guiding principle of the center has always been “Better Health For A Better Life”.
Visitors to the center often compare it to a health spa, both in its appearance and its services offered. Our state-of-the-art equipment for colon hydrotherapy and lymphatic massage are second to none and the warm and inviting treatment areas provide a peaceful and calming environment in which to relax and ‘disconnect’ from the outside world for a while.
